Fit in the Park

Are you keen to get fit, toned and  to shed unwanted fat?

Do you enjoy being outside and are not afraid to get dirty and muddy once in a while?

Do you like to work out in a group rather than working out alone?

Do you want to push yourself a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone?

Join our “Fit in the Park” and "Fit class" program!

It’s packed with full body exercises so you can maximize your ability to build lean muscle along with challenging (but fun) interval cardio workouts.

Exercises involve your total body and stimulate more muscles at the same time. This boosts your metabolism and increases your calorie burn. Toning of all muscle groups will make you look super lean and feel confident. There are many other benefits, which includes mental health. Regular aerobic exercise can help reduce stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins which act as a mood elevator.

For everyone

This program is for anyone and everyone! You can take things at your own pace.

You don't have to be super fit to participate - all levels are welcome. This class is designed in such a way that it can be adapted to each individual ability without affecting the group. Whether you are just starting on your journey to better fitness or are already very sporty and want to increase your performance, this class will be equally beneficial in getting you to your goal.

Trainings

The training commences with a power walk to the park (Fit in the Park) or a warm up (Fit class), followed by a full body workout for 30 minutes with variation between exercises. You’ll do a little bit of everything: cardio and full body training exercises. There will never be too much of one exercise. I promise you this workout is far from boring (it may not be easy but it’s definitely not boring).

Sessions finish with stretching.

Weather

The Fit in the Park classes will go ahead regardless of weather conditions, as the nature of the class will ensure that you stay warm during the activity. Sometimes it can be quite nice to run and exercise in the rain or chilly weather because it warms you up. You'll also be really proud of yourself for venturing out and making the most of your day rather than opting for the sofa. ;)

Health

Let your instructor know if you have any health issues or special needs. And be sure to tell your instructor if you have difficulty with a particular exercise.

It is always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Once you get the go-ahead to start the program, pull that hair back, lace up those shoes, and let’s get started!

By signing up you agree to general terms and conditions.
